Acceptance of Returns

We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

  • Please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 989 527 2823 or email us at zara.jio.jio.zara@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • An unpacking video is mandatory for processing the return.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct item.

2. Damaged Product Received

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a clear unpacking video showing the damage.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A replacement of the same item will be arranged upon verification.


Important Return Guidelines

  1. No returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. We offer replacement only, not exchange, for damaged products.

  3. Returns must include an unpacking video and original packaging.

  4. Customers must ship the return items to us, as we currently do not offer pickup services.

  5. All damage or order issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  6. For return shipping charge refunds, you must provide valid proof of postage.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are possible.
