Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials, but as with all fashion jewelry, we recommend doing a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Our pieces are nickel-free unless otherwise specified.

Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?

Imitation and oxidized jewelry can last a long time with proper care. We recommend storing pieces in a dry place, away from moisture, perfumes, and chemicals to preserve their shine and finish.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

We offer standard and express delivery options.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (in select cities)
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Earrings and customized items are not returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
