Acceptance of Returns
We accept returns and offer replacements only under the following conditions:
1. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

The item must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

An unpacking video is mandatory for processing the return.

2. Damaged Product Received
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition:

Provide a clear unpacking video showing the damage.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A replacement of the same item will be arranged upon verification.
